Khloe Kardashian Credits Gym & No-Dairy For Weight Loss
Hello, gym — goodbye, dairy. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star did so well with her weight loss goals that she even authored a book, entitled Strong Looks Better Naked. Aiming to recover from her split from French Montana, she headed to the health club and worked out intensely. In addition, Kardashian eliminated dairy, and revealed her key goal of keeping up her workouts and diet to maintain her weight loss success.
“If you keep working at it, you grow and evolve, and to me that’s sort of the point: to be a better person today than I was yesterday; to become the best possible version of myself.”
Britney Spears Flaunts Fab Abs After Weight Loss
When Britney broke up with Charlie Ebersol, she got her fitness mojo.
“I start with 20 minutes of intense cardio — usually running — move on to light free weights, body-weight exercises such as push-ups, squats and sit-ups, then finish it off with a stretch,” she revealed. “[Dancing] is a great cardio workout.”
In addition, as the Inquisitr reported, Britney follows a low-carb raw food diet. One of her favorite weight loss foods is sushi.
Kaley Cuoco Gets A Big Bang Out Of Her Weight Loss Triumph
The star of The Big Bang Theory, Kaley didn’t hesitate to put her break-up bummer from Ryan Sweeting to good use. She channeled all that angst into working out and getting toned.
“I love being toned and having muscle; it’s so sexy and beautiful,” shared Cuoco. “I go to a place called CorePower Yoga. One morning I’ll take the Hot Power Fusion class, which is an amazing calorie burner. Or I’ll take a Yoga Sculpt class, where we wear three-pound weights during yoga moves.”
And Kaley doesn’t neglect her cardio fitness, because those sculpt sessions involve jumping jacks and mountain climbing moves for an extra calorie-burning boost.
Extreme Weight Loss Results Can Be Yours
If you’ve ever watch Extreme Weight Loss, you know that celebrity fitness and diet trainers Chris and Heidi Powell understand what it takes regardless of your starting weight. And the transformation experts emphasize that kick-starting your weight loss journey doesn’t have to be done in a day (or even a week), reported ABC News.
Their main slim-down secrets focus on daily do’s and don’ts.
- Do make a point of exercising for at least five minutes daily and drinking a gallon of water.
- Do seek to cut down on sugar. Boosting your weight loss in that way can be as simple as exchanging one can of soda for water each day, which cuts out half a pound of sugar every week.
- Don’t eat so much salt. Common sources include canned foods and eating at restaurants.
- To motivate yourself to get to the gym, pack your gym gear up into a bag the night before. Place your alarm clock and bag on the other side of your bedroom so that Snooze button is out of reach.
- Don’t dread the scale. Use it as a weight loss tool to help you stay on track.
- Do make a point of sipping 10 gulps every time you lift your water bottle.
Chris and Heidi have authored a new book, “Extreme Transformation: Lifelong Weight Loss in 21 Days.”
