Kylie Jenner And Kendall Jenner Modelling ‘Feud’

Kendall Jenner has worn the Kardashian-Jenner clan modelling crown for some time now, but Kendall’s little sister Kylie Jenner is about to give Kendall some competition. Kylie appeared in the January Vogue “outdoorsy” photo shoot feature, along with Bella Hadid and Lottie Moss. Bella and Lottie are also little sisters, and their big sisters are supermodels Gigi Hadid and Kate Moss. The three appeared as “fresh-faced” and pretty with a Little House on The Prairie vibe, that according to the Daily Mail, makes Kylie “almost unrecognizable.”

According to Hollywood Life, Kendall is anything but pleased about Kylie’s new career path as a high-end model. Looks like Kendall thinks one Jenner sister is enough in the modelling world! Kendall “isn’t too thrilled” about Kylie’s spotlight stealing ways, although she’ll offer sisterly support so long as Kylie doesn’t start booking as many modelling gigs as Kendall has. A source told the magazine that Kendall’s support will depend on how much work Kylie decides to take on as a model.

“Kendall is supportive to an extent, but there’s always competition between these two; if Kylie starts booking a lot of stuff it will become an issue. Modeling is Kendall’s thing and it always has been. She doesn’t love that Kylie suddenly wants to copy her.”

Some fans think that Kylie does a better job of magazine appearances than Kendall.

Kylie doesn’t seem fazed by her sister’s attitude and has hired a coach to make her a better model. Momager Kris Jenner has plans to get Kylie into some shows at the next Fashion Week, and an insider told Hollywood Life that Kylie wants “to be ready to kill it on the runway.” The 18-year-old has lots of experience in front of the camera after growing up in the Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality show, and she’s “posed for Teen Vogue in the past,” so the truth might be that Kendall will “have to deal with” Kylie “encroaching on her territory.”

Kylie loved the Vogue modelling gig and “sees a real future” for herself in modelling, She’s never thought seriously about modelling before, since Kendall had that covered, but after the Vogue shoot, Kylie got some great “positive feedback.” She’s starting to consider adding modelling to her career ambitions, along with acting.

“Growing up it only seemed like Kendall had the goods to be a model, but Kylie is getting such positive feedback she’s really considering it as a career possibility,”

Other magazines liked what they saw in the Vogue spread and the offers for cover shoots are coming in and “making her adjust her life goals.”

It’s not as if Kendall isn’t great at her job. She’s at the top of the list for “high-demand models” and has “made an incredible career” for herself.

It still can’t be easy for Kendall to see the youngest Jenner sister take over from her. Kylie is already a social media queen and has a huge following eager to see more of their icon. The whole situation is “building some tension” between the sisters.

Hollywood Life suggests that the sisters could consider doing a spread in Vogue together, “to ease the tensions.” What do you think? Should Kendall and Kylie Jenner work together as models?
