Justin Bieber & Kourtney Kardashian Hook-Up Heats Up, Upsetting Selena Gomez & Scott Disick — Sorry, Niall Horan
Justin Bieber and Kourtney Kardashian just soared to the top of the Odd Couple list for 2015. The pop idol and Keeping Up with the Kardashians queen previously were associated with his long-time sweetheart Selena Gomez and her baby daddy Scott Disick, respectively. But Justin and Kourtney have been secretly hooking up for months following the breakup of Bieber and Selena and the dumping of Disick by Kardashian, according to reports.
So how serious is it? It depends who you ask. People cites an insider saying that Justin and Kourtney are just having flirty fun.
“It’s been a deep flirtation for months. He’s obviously close to the family,” explained the source. “It’s just one of those things where it makes Kourtney feel good about herself. It’s not serious at all. This young guy is into her, he thinks she’s hot and she’s older. She just wants to have fun.”
And fun sums up what they’re enjoying. The couple love to cuddle and hug, and the insider also revealed that Bieber and Kardashian exchange flirty text messages even when sharing the same room.
Most recently, Justin and Kourtney were seen at a Hollywood hot spot and getting handsy, with rumors escalating of the romance between the 36-year-old reality TV star and 21-year-old pop star. As for how Kendall Jenner, the younger sister of Kardashian and former alleged girlfriend of Justin, feels?
“They all think it’s kind of funny. There’s no ill will at all,” noted the insider.
But that’s a dramatic difference to how Kourtney’s ex Scott Disick and Justin’s ex Selena Gomez feel about Bieber and Kardashian, according to the International Business Times.
Selena knew both Justin and Kourtney well, or so she thought. But never did she imagine that the two would get together, said an insider.
“Selena’s just as shocked as everyone else over this,” the insider revealed to Hollywood Life. “She’s known Kourtney for years and never would have pictured her and Justin together.”
And Scott is just as stunned.
“He is convinced Kourt is doing it to hurt him. And she succeeded,” a source confessed to People. “Of course it stings a bit that Kourt is hooking up with Bieber. But Scott also knows his place and that he doesn’t have the right to have a fit about it.”
As to how the hot new romance began? It all changed for Kourtney after she broke up with Disick in July, reported Us Weekly.
Kardashian had rarely gone out, and when she started to have a good time with Bieber, the two began to take their flirty fun to the next level.
“Justin started hanging out with Kourtney alone because she started going out more,” a source told Us. “Remember, she never really went out before, so he’s been showing her a good time.”
The initial hook-up began at the end of summer. When they went to a Hollywood lounge and visited Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights, it all seemed like harmless entertainment.
And it helps that Bieber is friends with the entire family. In 2010, Justin did an Elle shoot with Kim Kardashian and subsequently enjoyed good times with both Kylie and Kendall Jenner. Kanye West offered him career tips, and Bieber’s ex-tour manager Corey Gamble is having his own all-in-the-family romance with Kris Jenner.
Moreover, Justin likes to visit with Kourtney’s and Scott’s little children, from 12-month-old Reign to 3-year-old Penelope to little Mason, 6.
“He actually goes over a lot to see her kids, and they love him,” the source shared.
As for how Selena feels, although she’s lost Justin Bieber (for now), Gomez has been dating Niall Horan, as the Inquisitr reported. The two have been spotted happily canoodling.
It also may boost her ego with the news from Niall on a The Late Late Show appearance that he said he would marry Selena. Horan made the comment during the game of “Sleep With, Marry, Cruise,” reported People.
“Sleep with Tina Fey,” said Niall. “Let’s marry Gomez and go on a cruise with Demi Lovato.”
His remark accentuated the rumors of a romance between the One Direction star and Selena after they were seen kissing at a party and then together again at the Santa Monica Pier in Los Angeles.
