Millionaire Cleared Of Rape, Claimed He Tripped And Penis Penetrated Teenager

A Saudi Arabian millionaire has been cleared of rape, and charges against him have been dropped, after he claimed that he tripped and his penis penetrated a teenage girl. Ehsan Abdulaziz, 46 years old, was accused of forcing himself on an 18-year-old girl who had slept on his sofa in his Maida Vale apartment after a night of drinking and partying in London.

Abdulaziz claims he had consensual sex with the 18-year-old girl’s friend, a 24-year-old girl who was also staying the night in his apartment, hours before the incident. He said he woke up and went into the living room area where the 18-year-old girl was sleeping because he wanted to offer her a T-shirt or comfortable nightclothes to wear, or if she would like for him to call a taxi to take her home. He also claims that she attempted to fondle him on the taxi ride on the way to his flat.

At that point, however, the two stories vary considerably. Mr. Abdulaziz claims that the young woman awoke and pulled him on top of her and placed his hand between her legs. His semen and DNA was found inside the young woman during evidence collection and presentation in court, but he claims that was due to having semen on his hands from willingly having sex with the older girl just hours earlier. In the evidence, Mr. Abdulaziz showed how the girl had supposedly placed her hand behind his head to pull him towards her, which is how he says he fell and his semen-laden hand slipped into her vagina. He called himself “fragile,” saying that he was taken advantage of.

“I’m fragile, I fell down but nothing ever happened, between me and this girl nothing ever happened.”

The businessman had met the two women at a dance club that evening, where he had invited them to his private table where they drank. They then willingly came back to his apartment in an upscale neighborhood in which the 24-year-old female willingly had sex with him in his bedroom, but the 18-year-old girl denied wanting sexual relations and therefore slept on the couch. She said she was awakened to him shoving his hand into her vagina despite telling him to stop. He also said his penis was “poking out of his underwear” due to the fact that he had just had sex with the other woman. The 18-year-old woman said she was awakened roughly from a sound sleep to find the man had pulled her shorts to one side and was having sex with her.

The Daily Mail reported that Judge Martin Griffiths had allowed the man to give evidence in private, though what type was not known. The jury acquitted the man of rape after just thirty minutes of deliberation. It was not made clear to the media how the man’s penis, which he claimed was accidentally poking out of his underwear, also accidentally entered the girl after his hand did.

Women’s rights, or lack thereof, have become a tragic issue in Saudi Arabia that has finally been brought to light, according to many. Earlier this year, a woman in Saudi Arabia was threatened to be jailed because she filmed her drunk, abusive husband having inappropriate sexual contact with a maid.

On the way home, Abdulaziz bought the two women some food and cigarettes at a 7-11 store in Notting Hill, and noted to the court that they had seemed very excited to ride in his luxury car, according to the Daily Mail. It also came to light that the man had a wife and child who were staying in the Czech Republic while he worked in London. He said it was the first time in twenty years he had brought a woman home for a one-night stand and “was not in the habit of treating women roughly.”
