Kim Zolciak may have a thin and slim figure, but it isn’t because she is spending hours at the gym working out. As fans have seen on Don’t Be Tardy, Kim actually hates working out. Her husband, Kroy Biermann, who is a professional football player, works out all the time and plays football for a living. He can’t just skip a workout. But Kim would probably prefer laser treatments and slices of pizza.
So how does Kim Zolciak keep her figure? Well, Zolciak is definitely drinking some protein drinks. She is often promoting her 310 protein drinks on social media, and she claims she loves how she feels after drinking them. But what else does she eat? While Kim hasn’t opened up about her diet, she has no problem revealing that she loves her Starbucks coffee.
According to a new tweet, Kim Zolciak is now revealing that she actually drinks two Starbucks coffees each day. And she isn’t referring to regular black coffee. Kim likes the sugary coffees and preferably with some extra whipped cream.
“I do the caramel macchiato, extra caramel, extra whipped cream, two times a day.” – Kim Zolciak #DontBeTardy,” Bravo tweeted to Kim, who proudly admitted to drinking plenty of Starbucks, writing, “EVERYDAY thank you to Windward Pky Starbucks for perfect coffee EVERY TIME.”
Kim is often posting sexy Instagram pictures of herself, and fans may be wondering, “How does she keep that figure given she drinks two Starbucks coffees each day?” Kim didn’t specify how she keeps her figure slim, but she gladly admitted to drinking two coffees per day.
Of course, Kim Zolciak has been in the media quite a bit lately in regards to her health. She had a mini-stroke while competing on Dancing with the Stars, and she had to recover in the hospital. People had plenty of thoughts in regards to what went wrong with Kim. Some thought it was her lack of exercise, while others blamed her waist trainer. Kim was often spotted wearing her waist trainer, and she showed off a scary figure at one point. It is natural that people assume she was using it too much. But Zolciak learned that she was dealing with a much bigger issue.
“I was born with PFO (a hole in my heart) which enabled a clot to cross over and stop oxygen to my brain for a very short time in turn causing me to have a TIA, I will be having heart surgery to repair it. By no means did my waist trainer cause my blood clot or my TIA,” Kim revealed on Instagram according to Us Weekly, adding, “I would never use anything nor promote anything that I personally didn’t love or something that was dangerous. I LOVE LIFE WAY TOO MUCH! and I have a whole lotta living to do.”
Kim first opened up about her heart condition on Good Morning America. She didn’t know that she had a hole in her heart until she had the stroke. It sounds like her mini-stroke had nothing to do with her health decisions and her eating. Zolciak has revealed that she is planning to have surgery to close the hole in her heart to avoid any further complications. Kim must have been pleased to learn that she could continue to drink her coffees. Zolciak was able to consume coffee in the hospital because she suffered a TIA — not a full-blown stroke.
