Arizona Teacher Has Sex ‘Up To 100 Times’ With 15-Year-Old Female Student, Wife Knew And Did Nothing

Two Arizona teachers have been arrested after teacher and married father-of-two Brian Woolsey was accused of having sex with a 15-year-old student up to 100 times over the course of three years. Woolsey’s wife Jennifer was also arrested after it was disclosed that she knew of her husband’s sexual conduct with a minor and did not report it to police or attempt to stop the abuse from continuing.

The Daily Mail reports that 45-year-old Brian Woolsey, an Arizona high school teacher, was arrested on 13 counts of sexual misconduct with a minor. The victim alleges that Woolsey began a sexual relationship with her when she was just 13-years-old. She went on to claim that Brian’s wife Jennifer also knew about the affair but kept quiet. In fact, the victim claims that Jennifer confronted her about the affair after finding an illicit video on her husband’s phone of the young girl performing a sexual act on the man. Instead of turning her husband over to police, Jennifer allegedly told the victim that she couldn’t tell anyone about the relationship with Brian.

The reports indicate that both Brian and Jennifer Woolsey were teachers at Sunrise Mountain High School in Peoria, Arizona, at the time of the alleged sexual misconduct. According to the police reports, Brian Woolsey had a normal student-teacher relationship with the teen until one day after class when the victim says that Brian began to caress her leg and touch her butt. Following the encounter, the former student says that she entered into an affair with Brian.

In 2010, the year the affair began and the girl was just 15-years-old, the victim claims that Jennifer Woolsey found a video on Brian’s phone that showed the teen performing a sexual act on her husband. The victim says that Jennifer approached her and explained that she couldn’t tell anyone about her relationship with Brian. At no point did Jennifer go to police about her husband’s affair with a minor, nor did she attempt to stop the affair according to the affidavit.

The former student claimed in the official police report that the pair had sex at least 75 times, possibly up to 100 times. She says that incidents took place in the teacher’s home, at the school, and in cars around the city. She went on to say that all sexual contact was “consensual” and that she wanted to be with Brian.

The former student is now an adult and just came forward to police about the affair last Thursday. She described in detail 15 different incidents in which she engaged in sexual acts with Brian Woolsey to police and even sent multiple text messages to Jennifer with police present about the affair.

The police said that the victim sent a message to Jennifer in their presence in which she apologized for the affair and admitted to the mother and wife that there had been more sexual incidents than she had previously mentioned. Jennifer did not seem surprised by the text message and responded, “I am sorry that you had to feel like you had to lie to me over and over again, but one lie or 100 lies…it’s all the same really. You need to forgive yourself.”

Brian Woolsey is being held on 13 counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, while Jennifer Woolsey was charged with failure to report sexual abuse. Brian is currently being held on $100,000 bond while Jennifer was released under supervision.

Both Brian and Jennifer Woolsey have been placed on administrative leave from the high school while they wait to appear in court.
