Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton Flirting On ‘The Voice’? [Rumors]

Rumors are swirling about Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s alleged romance on the set of NBC’s The Voice. The two judges have not only been supporting each other, but have also been flirting with one another as they get through their public divorces.

In light of the rumors, country star Blake Shelton has been showing off his slim and cut physique on the music competition show. Just two months after he divorced country singer Miranda Lambert, Shelton went through a dramatic weight loss transformation, according to a report via OK! Magazine. Shelton also allegedly moved on from his to another fellow blonde. The report claims he wants to date Gwen Stefani, and his contestant, Luke Wade, already approves of their relationship.

“I think just having known the two of them I could kinda see that. She is so sweet and Blake is the eternal charmer, so I could easily see how it could happen when you are working together during something that you both love.”

The former contestant of the reality series also hinted that Shelton and Stefani have helped each other through their divorce.

“Gwen and Blake are getting through this together by making each other laugh. Their friendship has blossomed through both their marital issues that they’re dealing with. They have confided in each other in a way they really can’t with others because they both know how it feels being a celeb and going through stuff like this. They are a great support system for each other.”

Hmm, that sounds familiar! An alleged inside source told the Hollywood Life that Shelton has been helping Stefani get through the painful process of divorce with “belly laughs.”

“Blake has been a great source of joy and laughter for Gwen during a difficult time in her life. She can’t believe how blessed she is to have been offered this job on The Voice where she gets to be around amazing people like him, Adam [Levine] and Pharrell [Williams]. She loves them all like brothers but it’s Blake who really helps keep her mind off her split with Gavin. Despite his own marriage trouble, Blake is always smiling and keeping things light on set. Any time Gwen feels like crying, Blake is there cracking her up. He’s helping through her break up with belly laughs!”

There’s another supporter on set, and that’s Adam Levine. The Maroon 5 frontman can’t stop teasing Shelton and Stefani about their rumored romance. An inside source told the Hollywood Life that he’s been joking about the musicians hooking up, but he hopes that it happens sometime soon.

“Blake and Gwen’s relationship is definitely water cooler talk on the set of The Voice. Everyone wants to see them happy and it just seems like the perfect timing for them to become more than just friends. Their divorces are not really talked about openly — by anyone other than Adam. He loves to tease Blake and Gwen about a possible romance.”

The alleged insider also went on to say that Levine is good friends with Shelton, and he believes his country brother should date Gwen Stefani.

It doesn’t help when tabloids like Life & Style claim that Blake and Gwen’s chemistry is “off the charts.” Meanwhile, another report via Radar Online claims that the two have been “flirty both on and off set.” Blake added more fuel to the fire when he took to Twitter to sarcastically write: “Getting ready this morning to go put in my deer plots and look at Twitter… Damn my dating life is awesome!! Let me know what happens…”

However, Blake Shelton’s reps have told the Gossip Cop that the dating rumors are “completely untrue.”

Some don’t even believe that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s romance is for real. According to an op-ed written by Chicago Tribune writer Emily Yahr, their alleged flirtationship is all for show.

“A lot of times, you’ll see this as the new TV season is starting: Shelton and Stefani are the perfect example, with their respective recent high-profile divorces meaning there’s focus on their dating lives. In this case, NBC is hoping you’ll tune in to watch the show, and pay extra close attention on the season premiere when Stefani compliments Shelton wearing Pharrell’s hat. While the other judges mock, she pipes up with, ‘I actually think it looks cute on him!’ “
