‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Rafe To Get Shocking Visitor From The Past?

Days of Our Lives viewers know that many cast members are leaving and new members are coming. One of the newest cast members for the NBC show is soap opera veteran actor A. Martinez. While it hasn’t been confirmed exactly what character Martinez will be playing there are rumors circulating that he’ll be an important man from Rafe’s past.

Well known Days of Our Lives authority Jason47 reported, via his Facebook page, this week that A. Martinez is currently filming and that he’ll begin airing next month in September. Many fans believe that Martinez will be revealed as Rafe Hernandez’s father, whom he hasn’t seen since he was a child.

Meanwhile, Rafe’s sister, Gabi, who is currently in prison for the murder of Nick Fallon, will be returning to Salem and it seems the perfect time for Rafe and Gabi to have a big story line together. Michael Fairman Soaps reports that it is a very likely A. Martinez could be Rafe’s dad, but Rafe will likely not be happy about him showing up after all these years.

Meanwhile, things are about to seriously heat up on Days of Our Lives. As previously reported by the Inquisitr, a big murder plot is about to start and it will claim the lives of many Salem residents. Some of the characters that are rumored to be leaving and could be biting the dust in the coming months include Aiden Jennings, Xander Cooke, Serena Mason, Daniel Jonas, Paige Larsen, and more.

All the while, old faces will also be returning to the show as part of the big 50th anniversary celebration. Characters such as Sami Brady, Bo Brady, Steve “Patch” Johnson, Shawn Brady, Belle Black, Philip Kiriakis, Andre DiMera, and more will return to their hometown and could also possibly lose their lives with a murderer on the loose.

“In late August, an elaborate murder mystery plot kicks off that will see several of Salem’s residents — and perhaps even some of the town’s former, fan-favorite residents — meeting their demise.”

In addition to the murder plot coming, fan favorite Abigail Deveraux is pregnant and believes the father of her child is her current boyfriend Ben Rogers. However, it looks like Chad DiMera, her ex-boyfriend whom she had a one night stand with is the real father, and Abbi will have to eventually deal with the fact that she is having a DiMera baby, and all the repercussions that go along with that.
