‘Real Housewives Of Orange County’ Star Tamra Judge Continues Custody Battle For Daughter With Ex Simon Barney

Tamra Judge is back in a custody fight with her ex-husband, Simon Barney. The Real Housewives of Orange County star has three children with Barney, including her 16-year-old daughter, Sydney, and has already been in court in the past over custody issues.

This time, according to Radar Online, Judge is fighting to gain custody over her daughter because Barney violated the terms they had agreed on in their former custody battle. Judge had previously agreed to allow Barney full custody of Sydney, but only if they both followed through with their court appointed therapist’s, Dr. Linda Grossman’s, recommendations.

Judge is asserting that Dr. Grossman urged them to participate in a class titled Overcoming Barriers in order to complete their therapy. When Barney refused to go to the class, Judge filed with the court, claiming he is breaking their former agreement and should thereby relinquish custody.

However, according to court records, Barney stated that Sydney dealt with intense bouts of anxiety while under Judge’s care. He also stated that Sydney had trouble dealing with her mother, and did not perform well in school while under her care. A formal hearing on the matter is scheduled to take place August 28.

Meanwhile, one of Judge’s other children is facing some troubles of his own. According to People, Judge’s son, Ryan Vieth, who has been featured on past seasons of the Real Housewives of Orange County, was recently arrested for domestic abuse after an alcohol-induced quarrel with his future wife, Sarah Rodriguez.

An inside source with ties to Judge revealed that the situation escalated when Vieth discovered a few men had texted his fiancee on her phone while she was having a party at their home.

“The cops arrived and questioned both of them. Their stories didn’t add up… They told Ryan that they had to arrest him because she claimed he pushed her down the stairs and she hurt her finger.”

The phone records, made available from the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, revealed that Rodriguez had claimed that she broke her finger in the altercation.

However, Rodriguez failed to press any charges because there was no need for any sort of medical care. The source added that a Judge recently closed the case and Vieth did not have to appear in court.

The source also told the magazine that Judge was “heartbroken” after learning of her son’s arrest, which occurred only months after the couple gave birth to a baby girl, Ava.
