‘The Bachelor’ Star Sean Lowe Offers Kaitlyn Bristowe And Shawn Booth Love Advice
Former star of The Bachelor Sean Lowe has plenty of advice to give Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth. Lowe watched alongside everyone else when Bristowe choose Booth in the Season 11 finale of The Bachelorette. But instead of simply offering his congratulations to the new couple, Lowe wrote a blog post dedicated to their new engagement.
In his post, Lowe told the couple that commitment was the key to any successful relationship.
“This is the most important piece of advice I know of. If you truly want to spend the rest of your lives together, you must commit to loving your partner no matter the circumstances.
“Commit to living in the same city, commit to building a healthy relationship, commit to sticking together through hard times, and commit to showing your partner how much you love them each and every day.”
Lowe, who married Catherine Giudici after their engagement on Season 17 of The Bachelor, added that it takes a lot of work to establish a healthy relationship.
“Every relationship takes work, especially relationships formed on TV! I remember the few months between filming and the last episode of my season when Catherine and I had to keep our relationship a secret- everything was so exciting. We were in love and we couldn’t imagine having hard times or experiencing any issues that might endanger the relationship.”
Lowe went on to warn them to not let all the fame they are getting be something that changes who they are. “Despite the attention you receive, the talk shows you’re on, or the money you’re offered, you’re still just a normal person,” Lowe related. “Don’t let the ‘fame’ stuff go to your head.”
Speaking of the lime light, Bristowe and Booth were recently spotted out and about in New York City. According to Us Magazine, the couple were in the city for a few photo shoots and press interviews. They closed their evening with a dinner at The Knick restaurant in The Knickerbocker Hotel.
“@theknickNYC had us while filming and we loved it so much we had to go back!” Bristowe wrote alongside an Instagram photo of her and Booth. “Such a nice little dinner date at @CPattheknick.”
At the same time, Booth posted his own Instagram picture of the couple lounging on a rooftop in New York City. “Thank you @TheKnickNYC for letting us reminisce over a couple casuals on the @StCloudNYC rooftop,” he wrote.
