Reality Star Loredana Nesci’s Boyfriend Charged With Murder

Reality star Loredana Nesci’s boyfriend, Robert Reagan, has officially been charged with her murder. According to friends, the couple was heading toward a break-up.

As reported in the Inquisitr, the SundanceTV star of the show Loredana, Esq., was murdered in the Redondo Beach home she shared with Reagan. Police arrived after Reagan called 911 to find Loredana Nesci unresponsive.

Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Reagan is being charged with one count of murder with a knife, and being held on just over a $1 million bail, according to Deputy District Attorney Frank Dunnick. Reagan’s lawyer, Shepard Kopp, has had Reagan’s arraignment postponed until August 20th to review police reports and evidence.

According to the Daily Breeze, Kopp believes that Reagan will be vindicated of the death of Loredana Nesci when all the facts are revealed.

“Loredana Nesci was a former LAPD officer, highly trained in the use of deadly weapons,” Kopp wrote in a statement. “She was also an avid bodybuilder, and was exceptionally strong. She attacked Robert with a hunting knife in the midst of a domestic dispute.”

“While defending himself against her assault with a deadly weapon, Robert tried to disarm her, and in the intense struggle that ensued, she tragically suffered a fatal wound. Robert is not guilty of committing any criminal offense.”

According to ABC7, the process of renovating their home and the mounting bills led to a series of arguments, but Loredana Nesci’s brothers, who are in law enforcement, said that despite witnessing fights between the couple, they never saw this coming.

“My brother and I were never concerned because there was no indication or predictive factors for any escalation of violence,” said Sal Nesci.

Loredana Nesci’s good friend and client Karen Dawn spoke exclusively to ETonline about the tragedy she calls “unbelievable.” According to Dawn, she was aware that Nesci and Reagan were heading for a break-up.

“I knew Loredana had started to develop other interests and wanted to move on,” she told ETonline.

Karen Dawn is still shocked by the stabbing death of her friend Loredana Nesci.

“I never would never have thought of him as the murdering kind,” she added. “He struck me as a gentle guy.”

The couple’s son, Rocco, was fortunately not home at the time of the murder. Loredana Nesci’s friend, Toni Moorhead, is remembering Nesci as a wonderful mother.

“In school, he was learning how to write, and he wrote, ‘I love my mommy because she hugs me every day.’ That’s the kind of relationship they had,” Moorhead said. “That’s what I want people to know. First and foremost, she was the mother of a 5-year-old — a little boy that has lost his mother. I just — I don’t understand what happened.”
