Lisa Hochstein On ‘RHOM’ Co-Stars Visiting New Baby And Mom Life

Lisa Hochstein is settling into life as a new mom. Her son, Logan Marc Hochstein, was born a month early the day prior to Fourth of July. In an interview with BravoTV.com’s The Daily Dish, posted on Monday, Lisa, who starred on Seasons 2 and 3 of The Real Housewives of Miami, talked about her son’s arrival and her new family life.

Logan’s early arrival sent Lisa in a tailspin.

“I got a phone call from the surrogate… She was going into contractions. And, of course, I started flipping out because it was so early. He wasn’t supposed to be due until August 1. So I was trying to pack a bag, trying to pack his bag. My hair was soaking wet. [I was] trying to book a flight because I had to fly to another city within Florida. And everything just worked out so great, even though it was super stressful getting there… I didn’t have time to think about. I just had to do it. I’ve never gone to the airport without makeup or my hair done. I ran to the airport with my hair soaking wet. I was crying like a crazy person.”

Once she got to finally meet Logan, Lisa didn’t let go of him.

“I spent the whole entire night holding him on my chest; it was beautiful. I’m completely obsessed and in love.”

Husband and dad, plastic surgeon Lenny Hochstein, is also loving life as a dad.

“He’s great. There’s like always a constant huge smile on his face. He can’t wait to get home and see his little guy. He likes to think that he looks just like him and I’m kind of arguing with him saying ‘Nope, he looks like me.’ I mean, we’re both so in love… I’ve never felt a love like this. It’s amazing.”

Viewers saw Lenny and Lisa Hochstein struggle to have a child on The Real Housewives of Miami. Lisa, who went through three miscarriages and four failed IVF attempts, cried and wondered what was wrong with her body. Now that her wish to be a mom has finally come true, some of her co-stars have reached out. Lisa said that Alexia Echevarria, Marysol Patton, and Lea Black have all congratulated her and will be visiting soon.

“I’ve heard from Alexia, Marysol, and Lea. All have called or texted me to congratulate me. Well, Lea’s in L.A. so she won’t get over to see Logan until she gets back. Alexia and Marysol are going to be visiting soon, probably next week. I’m not really accepting visitors this week. I’m trying to get accustomed to my new life myself before I have anyone else see him.”

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Adriana De Moura, Alexia Echevarria, and Marysol Patton attended Lisa’s baby shower in mid-May.

Will viewers once again see the ladies, as well as Lisa’s son, on The Real Housewives of Miami? Unfortunately for fans, the answer seems to be no, for now. In December, 2014, Real Housewives executive producer Andy Cohen, during an Ask Andy segment, said that the show is currently “dead in the water.”

“Who knows? Never say never. Right now it’s kind of dead in the water but who knows?”
