Bobbi Kristina Update: Bobby Brown & Houstons Ban Hospice Visits As Nick Gordon Talks Drugs & Lawsuit [Photos]

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s family have remained by her side since the 22-year-old was moved to hospice care two weeks ago. The daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown has been unresponsive since January 31, when she was found unconscious in a bathtub in the home she shared with boyfriend Nick Gordon. First in a hospital in a medically induced coma, then moved to a long-term care facility, Bobbi Kristina has resided in hospice since her co-guardians, Bobby and Pat Houston, made the decision to end life support medications and other measures keeping her alive.

But now the Houston and Brown families are furious, as photos were leaked showing Bobbi Kristina in hospice. And the facility in which she resides is taking action, reported People.

“The hospice, based on their discussion with the fiduciary, has decided that only the guardians and the caregivers are allowed [to visit Bobbi Kristina],” said an insider. “Pat [Houston], Bobby, and anybody involved with the guardianship, including Cissy [Houston can visit].”

When Leolah Brown, who is the 22-year-old’s aunt, learned that TMZ and Entertainment Tonight both had been offered the opportunity to buy photos of her niece, she stormed her anger on social media.

“You took that picture thinking you gon get some money for it… and thats gon be it!… guess what!????!!!! I will myself if no one else does-see to it that -YOU be revealed!!!!” posted Leolah.

The photos, which were taken by a member of the extended family, were being sold for more than $100,000.

“YOU will not do to my niece what YOU did to Whitney,” Leolah added. “WHITNEY HOUSTON IS WORKING FROM THE GRAVE THRU ME! TRUST! I’m on a mission to make sure my niece gets justice by ANY means necessary!”

Singer Whitney Houston (L) and Bobbi Kristina Brown were always together until Whitney’s tragic death.

As for grieving father Bobby Brown, he fulfilled an obligation to sing in Atlanta for Fourth of July. However, the 46-year-old singer made errors in his songs, and at times exited the stage to embrace those he loves.

“I am in a different zone right now,” said Bobby at one point.

As the Inquisitr reported, a civil lawsuit against Nick Gordon has revealed the timeline of what happened prior to and on January 31. The papers charge Gordon with domestic violence and embezzlement.

Bobbi Kristina’s court-appointed conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, filed the claims that the domestic abuse experienced by the 22-year-old included dragging her by the hair, knocking out a tooth, and hitting her in the face.

Bobbi Kristina Brown (R) and Nick Gordon reportedly battled prior to the Jan. 31 tragedy.

“[Gordon] accessed Brown’s bank account(s) and stole in excess of $11,000,” the lawsuit also charged.

Following up, the conservator expressed the implications of the lawsuit.

“No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured. Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. This lawsuit represents our collective efforts to get justice for Bobbi Kristina.”

But as Bobbi Kristina’s family grieves in hospice, Nick Gordon is pleading to see her, reported Us Weekly.

Recently out of rehab after spending time there following a Dr. Phil intervention, Gordon is being investigated by the police to determine what happened prior to and on January 31, the date on which Bobbi Kristina was rushed unconscious to a hospital.

Nick wants to tell his views on what happened, and believes that the civil lawsuit will give him his day in court.

“Nick is excited for the trial in the civil case to start because he can finally tell his side of the story,” said a source.

Gordon has argued that what caused Bobbi Kristina’s health crisis was an accident, not abuse.

A recording that has surfaced is dated three weeks after she was discovered unconscious.

“I’ll tell you the honest truth, Krissy, she was under a lot of stress and we were all doing drugs and you know, all, all drinking, bro … She did too much man,” says Gordon in that recording.

The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office revealed that it is now managing the investigation.

“The Roswell Police Department has forwarded its investigative file to our Office,” said Fulton County DA Paul L. Howard, Jr. “In view of the new circumstances regarding the health status of Bobbi Kristina Brown, we will be reviewing the case with greater interest. An announcement regarding a charging decision, if any, will be made at the appropriate time.”

Gordon has not seen Bobbi Kristina since January.

“Nick’s main concern seems to be seeing Bobbi before she dies,” said an insider. “He’s constantly trying to find a way to make that happen.”

However, that $10 million lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator makes it clear that the family blames Gordon. Among the charges are hitting her so hard that he knocked out her teeth shortly prior to the January 31 tragedy.

As the Inquisitr reported, Gordon has lawyered up with a defense team that includes attorney Jose Baez. He’s known for obtaining an acquittal in the 2011 murder case of Casey Anthony. Now, Baez will be battling for Bobbi Kristina’s beau. Charges against Gordon include both assault and the transfer of funds from her account both prior to and during her coma.
