Oklahoma Woman Nearly Beheaded By Angry Co-Worker After Refusing To Convert To Islam Speaks Out

A woman from Oklahoma, Traci Johnson, was nearly beheaded by a co-worker after she refused to convert to Islam. The woman was at work at Vaughan Foods when a disgruntled former co-worker entered the building and decapitated 54-year-old Colleen Hufford before turning the knife on Johnson. Traci says that the deranged co-worker, Alton Nolen, started slicing her neck as she screamed for help. Fortunately for Traci, the company’s chief operating officer and reserve sheriff Mark Vaughan was able to shoot Nolen as his knife was just a millimeter away from the frightened woman’s jugular cord. Now Johnson is speaking out about the horrifying near beheading with Megyn Kelly.

The Daily Mail reports that Traci Johnson worked alongside Alton Nolen at Vaughan Foods until he began trying to convert co-workers to Islam. After a heated argument about Islamic theology got out of hand, Nolen was fired from the company. It was Traci Johnson who had complained to management about Nolen’s racist rant against white people and those who did not convert to the Islamic faith. However, shortly after being fired, Nolen returned to Vaughan Foods for revenge. The knife-wielding Nolen entered the building and beheaded 54-year-old Colleen Hufford. He then took his knife to one of his “preferred victims” Traci Johnson. The deranged man began slicing Johnson’s neck as she screamed out for help. As the knife was just a millimeter from her jugular cord, chief operating officer for Vaughan Foods, Mark Vaughn, was able to shoot the killer.

Now Johnson is speaking out for the first time since the terrifying near beheading with Megyn Kelly on the Kelly File. In the interview, Johnson says that Nolen grabbed her and began slicing her neck with a knife.

“He started slicing my neck. And got a hold of my face, and got a hold of my right index finger, and wouldn’t stop – and I’m screaming for help and didn’t think anybody was going to come around. He got a millimeter away from my jugular cord. I sustained a neck injury. He got a hold of my jugular vein and some nerves in my neck.”

Though Johnson was able to escape the clutches of Nolan, her co-worker Colleen Hufford was not so lucky. Hufford was beheaded by Nolan before anyone could stop the killer. Johnson says that Hufford was in the wrong place at the wrong time and wasn’t on Nolan’s list of “preferred victims” following the Islamic theology argument that got him fired.

“There was three people is what I’ve heard and I was one of his top people but Hufford was just there when it happened and she was the first one he saw.”

Nolan’s trial is scheduled for later this year where he faces charges of first-degree murder and a potential death sentence.
