Jaclyn, Ryan Married? Jaclyn And Ryan Consciously Uncouple After ‘Married at First Sight’ Romance [Video]

Jaclyn and Ryan, Married at First Sight breakout stars, broke up. The conscious uncoupling came as the now-split duo dished at the Married reunion, reported the Daily Mail.

Viewers who believed that getting married after the first meeting could actually last had their romantic dreams dashed. All three Married at First Sight couples are now unmarried after multiple sights.

In particular, fans of the show were eager to learn about Jaclyn Methuen and Ryan Ranellone. Although they had only a one-year age difference (he is 29; she is 30), their other differences were too much for the couple to take, said Jaclyn.

Ryan, married no more, claimed that the 30-year-old viewer favorite female was great both with his niece and mom. But Jaclyn contended that he ruined their relationship.

“I would have made any sacrifice to be with you,” she claimed. “I would have compromised. I would have split the time in Jersey and Long Island. I would have done anything to have made this relationship work.”

So what went wrong? It began on their wedding day, says Jaclyn. Ryan’s appearance didn’t thrill her before they were married. And then afterwards, it all fell apart when he confessed he no longer wanted to have intimate relations with her.

Jaclyn’s version describes a man who stopped making any attempt to commit to her once the TV cameras were turned off. She also accused him of lying, saying that Ryan promised to attempt to stay married even though he didn’t care enough to try.

“I am guilty of not making a tremendous effort in trying to make it work,” admitted the real estate specialist.

Experts for Married At First Sight termed the breakup to be a real bummer in the summer for them.

“You were the last two people I thought this would ever happen to,” sighed Dr. Levkoff.

In addition, Kevin Frazier, who hosted the reunion, suggested that Jaclyn and Ryan give it a second attempt. But the Married At First Sight single woman declined.

“He just says words with no meaning with no action behind it,” dismissed Jaclyn. “It’s too late now. He didn’t put any effort into it and that’s it.”

As for relationships since the show? The female members are good friends, they revealed on social media. In addition, Jaclyn still has her cat, Mookie.

Initially, however, viewers were hopeful that Jaclyn and Ryan would stay married, reported Zap2It.

Keeping the level of suspense high, the Married At First Sight producers arranged it so that it seemed Jaclyn and Ryan were hopeful about the future.

But the hints that something was amiss in married land began almost immediately. Despite that, Jaclyn’s final words about married life were positive.

“Don’t worry ladies, there’s plenty of fish in the sea. Let’s hope I catch one that is strong, smart, and appreciates my big personality! #WomenSupportingWomen #GrowingNotChanging #MaybeToningDownMyLaugh.”

As evidence of the possibilities, Jaclyn may want to consider 68-year-old Susan Sarandon for inspiration. As the Inquisitr reported, Sarandon contends that age, color, and even sex doesn’t matter.

“It’s the soul of a person that interests me. When you are in love, the question of age, sex, color no longer holds any importance.”
