Kate Middleton reportedly has a secret. But rather than it being anything untoward or scandalous, the Duchess Of Cambridge’s secret revolves around her wearing shoes. But not just wearing shoes for a short stint. Kate Middleton has a secret to wearing shoes all day.

US Magazine reported that whenever Kate Middleton is on an official engagement and she needs to wear heels, she makes sure that she places a pair of Alice Bow insoles inside them to keep her comfortable.

A source for the publication explained, “Kate recently bought several pair of Alice Bow insoles at the Selfridges store in London. She picked up version of the insole for both flat shoes and heels in an assortment of colors. The Duchess is a fan of the brand.”

This isn’t the first time that news of Kate Middleton’s adulation for all things shoes has been released over the last few months. In fact, as recently as March 2015, when she was actually 8 months pregnant, it was reported that Middleton had been spotted purchasing a plethora of shoes for herself.

Vanity Fair reported that Middleton was spotted purchasing a wide array of shoes for both herself and her oldest child, Prince George, in central London. This was just a few weeks before she gave birth to her and Prince William’s second child, Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana.

Meanwhile, Alice Bow insoles can expect a huge rise in popularity now that it has been revealed that Kate Middleton uses them to keep her feet in tip-top condition.

The Duchess Of Cambridge’s fashion choices usually result in a huge increase in sales for the product that she’s seen wearing. According to the Express, this has previously been the case with items from George and Mulberry that sold out almost instantly after Middleton was spotted wearing them.
