ASAP Rocky Using New Album To Try And Hook Up With Rihanna?

ASAP Rocky has got a lot of people talking after the unexpected release of his latest album, At.Long.Last.A$AP, including his obvious diss of Rita Ora. But ASAP isn’t just throwing shade on his album, he shares some love for the Barbadian beauty and “Umbrella” singer, Rihanna.

While ASAP doesn’t specifically say her name on his latest record, the lyrics of “Jukebox Joints” speak for themselves.

In the song, ASAP first says, “Ain’t nothing better than the pretty big forehead b*tch,” which, as Hollywood Life points out, “could be referring to anyone, the lyrics which follow definitely solidify the intended subject.”

ASAP then says, “Cinderella’s under my umbrella for different weather/Ella, ella, ay just play it like I didn’t tell ya.”

This isn’t the first time that ASAP Rocky and Rihanna have been linked in some way, either. The two worked together in 2013 for Rihanna’s song “Work,” and the two were caught doing more than just working.

Hollywood Life says, “Photos surfaced of the two kissing!”

Then there were some short-lived rumors that the two were dating, or at the very least “friends with benefits.”

So is ASAP using his latest album to reignite a past relationship with Rihanna? Possibly, but there’s also a few people he’s looking to do the exact opposite with.

ASAP Rocky clearly calls out Rita Ora on his latest album, but she’s not the only one. The Harlem rapper also talks about Iggy Azalea and “Dark Horse” singer Katy Perry.

Rocky, who was formerly linked with the “Fancy” rapper four years ago, clearly raps, “Did Azalea’s from Australia, trips to Venezuala,” in one of his songs, says the Urban Daily.

And then ASAP took on Perry.

According to E! News, in “Better Things,” ASAP raps, “I kissed the d–e chick and I liked it/F–king each and every Katy Perry for the night b*tch.”

Perry has never been linked romantically to ASAP, so it’s not quite clear why he’s throwing shade her way.

While ASAP Rocky may be trying to impress one female with his latest album, he’s working even harder to insult a whole lot more.
