Rumer Willis Has A-List Fans Supporting Her On ‘DWTS,’ Including Ashton Kutcher, Sofia Vergara, And Miley Cyrus

Rumer Willis has a host of support to go along with her talents while she attempts to win this season of Dancing With the Stars. Rumer and her dance partner, Valentin Chmerkovskiy, have the luxury of having Bruce Willis and Demi Moore in their corner. Along with her famous family members, other Hollywood stars have also taken to social media to show their support for Rumer.

Ashton Kutcher recently took to Twitter to encourage fans to vote for Rumer, his one-time stepdaughter, after she completed her dance routine in the penultimate episode of the show. In addition to Kutcher, Gwyneth Paltrow, Rachel Zoe, Sofia Vergara, Miley Cyrus, Linda Perry, and Zendaya have also voiced their support for Rumer.

“It’s so nice. It’s awesome,” Willis related to Us Weekly about the support she has been getting this season. “I really appreciate that.”

In addition to their celebrity support, Chmerkovskiy added that they are also very appreciative of fans.

“The people who have been there since day one,” he stated. “Making collages and funny things and going to war for us on social media, those are the ones we really appreciate.”

Meanwhile, during the penultimate episode for Dancing With the Stars, Rumer Willis also credited her dance partner for her success on the show. “I was so scared my whole life to try anything or to fail. And you didn’t really ever let me. I’ve never really had anybody who’s believed in me like that,” she explained in an emotional moment regarding Chmerkovskiy.

At the same time, Rumer’s performance managed to get quite the emotional reaction from her father, Bruce. Rumer’s sister, Tallulah, put up a picture on Instagram of Bruce while he watched his daughter dance against Noah Galloway and Riker Lynch. “Look at this cutie tearing up from my insanely magical [sister’s] dance. We are all so proud of you Rue,” Tallulah noted in the image.

Rumer managed to obtain a perfect score in her dance to “Toxic.” After the performance, Chmerkovskiy shared a few words on how hard he has pushed Rumer this season.

“I love and care for her abilities too much to ever let her slide on anything… My hardass-ness comes from that. Every moment I have to encourage her to push to be the best that she can.”
