Bethenny Frankel Ends Skinnygirl Lawsuit: ‘All Natural’ Accusations Dropped?

Bethenny Frankel admitted something on a previous episode of Bethenny Ever After; once she found success and got millions of dollars, people were eager to get a slice of the pie. After she sold Skinnygirl Cocktails to Jim Beam, Bethenny was served with a lawsuit. The papers claimed that the margarita was not made with all-natural ingredients, which was written on the label.

Bethenny Frankel has been fighting this lawsuit for years because she was served with papers as she was getting married and having her daughter. The claim was brought on by plaintiff Amy Langendorf, who was furious about the lie that the drink was all-natural when it supposedly had preservatives in it.

According to a new Radar Online report, Bethenny Frankel may have won this lawsuit situation by ignoring it. Apparently, the lawsuit against Frankel and her cocktail was terminated this week after years of trying to prove a point. The suit was voluntarily dismissed with prejudice. According to U.S. District Judge Manish S. Shah, the suit was terminated with both sides paying their court-related expenses, which means that Frankel did have to pay her side of the legal battle.

Bethenny Frankel never publicly spoke out about the lawsuit, but did point to the suit during her own show, Bethenny Ever After. However, this legal issue is the only one that Frankel has faced in regards to her cocktail product. And since this lawsuit was dismissed, it appears that Bethenny has been quite successful in her business ventures.

On last night’s episode of The Real Housewives of New York,Bethenny Frankel tried to share her business advice with Sonja Morgan. Many of her fellow co-stars claim that Sonja is unfocused when it comes to her business ventures, and after talking to her, Bethenny Frankel may feel that Sonja is indeed unfocused and unclear about what she really wants.

Even though this lawsuit has been settled, Bethenny Frankel is still battling with her estranged husband, Jason Hoppy, over money. The two have been involved in a bitter divorce battle for years, and Frankel even admitted on The Real Housewives of New York that she doesn’t live in the apartment that she worked her whole life to buy. Even though the professional lawsuit has been dismissed, Frankel will continue to battle Jason Hoppy in court, according to the Inquisitr.
