With hits like “Anaconda” and “Truffle Butter,” it’s clear that Nicki Minaj has no problems saying whatever it is she wants to, whenever she wants to. But now Minaj is getting serious and offering some serious advice on becoming a mogul and just how to take over the world.

Minaj is quick to point out to Glamour the one thing that is so important is really how you feel about yourself.
“Your overall confidence has to come from within.”
And why exactly is that? Because, as Minaj was quick to point out, this isn’t necessarily a woman’s world.
“I used to be so, so hurt by the way women are labeled as bitches—it would just make me angry. I would work around powerful men all day, every day, and their attitudes were horrible, but a man just gets a pass. He gets The Man Pass! The Donald Trumps and Kanye Wests and Lil Waynes can have a bad day, they can be cocky and disrespectful and arrogant, and at the end of the day we laugh at it. With a woman it’s always like, ‘Excuse me, how dare you?'”
Now, Minaj most definitely isn’t saying that all men have that bad attitude and get a pass. Minaj shared her love for Jay Z, saying Jay “has always been a role model because he inspires people [to believe] they can go from selling drugs to being one of the most celebrated businessmen of our time.”
So, what else did Minaj have to say? How can you take over the world and become a celebrated mogul just like her?
Minaj advises all women to “do what makes them happiest and strongest.” Minaj also shared that it is so important to put your all into your work, just like she has with her latest album, The Pinkprint.
“You just have to do your work, and someday, hopefully, you will get the credit you deserve. And if I don’t, I have a lot of inner peace with my own work, because I know that I pushed myself and this album came out just the way I wanted it to.”
Minaj is just so good at being a boss, that according to E!, her rumored boyfriend, Meek Mill, went online to share his love for Minaj and her boss attitude.

Meek said, “Find a woman that you think is strong enough 2 help you takeover the world!#hood #sexy #dimepiece #swimingpool #hustler #flymouth #richatheartandatpocket #beast #hitta #potna #imlucky @nickiminaj”
Nicki Minaj, who is currently touring, just wants girls everywhere to know, “It doesn’t matter where you started in your life. You too can become a mogul and anything you want to be.”
