Kanye West booed while performing on SNL? (video)

Kanye West returned to Saturday Night Live after his less than successful appearance in December.

The verdict: he wasn’t lip syncing, unless the playback was distorted to make him sound bad. Like his last outing, Kanye West and SNL just didn’t work, and West sounded awful. A quick check of Twitter confirmed near universal derision for his performance, with even fans admitting it was embarrassing.

One video that has surfaced online claimed that the SNL set muted the audience, and that the Kanye was booed while performing. We can’t vouch for the video, but given how bad the performance was, we’re not surprised.

    I DO NOT LIKE KANYE!!!! HE IS NOT HUMBLE AND NOT GREAT!!! SOMEONE IN HIS POSITION SHOULD BE GRATEFUL…HE WOULDN'T BE ANYWHERE IF IT WASN'T FOR HIS DUMB FANS!!!! I DO LIKE SOME OF HIS MUSIC…BUT HIS ATTITUDE NEEDS TO BE READJUSTED!!!! I THINK WE SHOULD BOYCOTT BUYING HIS ALBUMS/…..HE DESERVES NOTHING!!!!

    That was a repeat of the previous performance from December. He had not “returned”.

    What idiot wrote this article? hahahaha, this was a RERUN, so let me guess Hugh Laurie returned as the host by coincidence as well? And that sketch about the lamps just so happened to be shown again mysteriously. Find another artist to pick up. Kanye's fucking GREATNESS! And more importantly do your research before trying to be all clever and informative with your little TWITTER reference….you're the damn TWIT! And yea mistakes happen, he doesn't have the best voice and the auto-tune was slightly off, but it doesn't take away his amazing talent and energy. You fail MR. Duncan Riley………you failed HARD!
