Lea Michele Engaged? New Ring Pic Sparks Marriage Rumors

Is actress Lea Michele engaged?

Will the 28-year-old Glee actress and her 29-year-old boyfriend, Matthew Paetz, be tying the knot in the near future?

Even though they have been dating for less than a year, rumors and speculation about Lea Michele and her beau taking their relationship to the next level have started to circulate.

According to Hollywood Life, the rumors were started by a picture of Lea Michele wearing a beautiful ring on her left ring finger when heading to Jimmy Kimmel Live on Wednesday.

Since their relationship first began, Lea and Matthew have seemed to move closer and closer at a very fast pace. After dating for just four months, the couple decided to move in together.

Several reports credit Matthew Paetz for the instrumental role that he played in helping her to move on after the death of her former boyfriend, actor Cory Monteith.

However, Hollywood Life confirms that the ring worn by Michele on Wednesday had nothing to do with her relationship with Matthew at all.

The picture was posted by Jennifer Meyer Maguire, a close friend of Lea Michele who also happens to be a designer. Maguire confirmed this by posting a picture of Lea modeling the ring on her official Instagram page.

Lea must have wanted to help her friend promote her line by wearing the ring for her televised interview.

In addition to promoting the final season of Glee, Lea Michele seems to be filling up her future work schedule without delay.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr, Michele will be starring in the new Ryan Murphy television series, Scream Queens alongside actresses Ariana Grande, Emma Roberts, Keke Palmer and Abigail Breslin.

Many fans and critics of Lea Michele are just happy that she is happy, especially after the tragic way that her relationship with the late actor Cory Monteith ended. In an interview with Glamour UK, Michele opened up about the plans that she and Cory made before he died.

“We talked about a lot of things. We talked about children and what we would look like when we grew old and who would be fat and how we would stay thin. We talked about where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do.”

With a new boyfriend by her side, Lea Michele might start having those types of conversations with Matthew Paetz. That is, of course, if she hasn’t started having them already.
