Abigail Breslin’s Ex Flirts With Taylor Swift, Abby Gets Death Threats From Michael Clifford Fans
Abigail Breslin pulled a Taylor Swift by penning a song about one of her exes, and now that ex might be flirting with the queen of bashing old boyfriends.
According to E! News, Abigail Breslin’s song “You Suck” is most likely about her ex, 5 Seconds of Summer singer Michael Clifford. She recently released the music video for the bitter breakup tune, and it’s a revenge fantasy that includes tying a guy up, writing “You Suck” on his face with lipstick, attacking his hair with scissors, and trying to choke him with an egg.
Abigail Breslin drops a hint that the song is about Michael Clifford by singing that the object of her derision has band mates who are all hotter than he is (ouch). She also tells Clifford that she hopes that all of his overly-bleached hair falls out, and she says that the punk pop star looks like he’s on drugs. Breslin is definitely following the Taylor Swift formula with “You Suck.” Singing songs about famous flings worked for Swifty, so who can blame Abigail for trying the same gimmick? Unfortunately, Taylor might not be happy with Abby’s attempt to steal her shtick, and she’s sending Breslin a warning by flirting with Michael Clifford.
According to Yahoo! Celebrity UK, Taylor Swift and the 5 Seconds of Summer singer recently had a rather adorkable, emoji-full exchange on Twitter.

The obvious next step for Abigail Breslin would be to write a Swift diss song — or she could just try to “Shake It Off.”

Michael Clifford recently responded to Abigail’s song, but he wasn’t quite as harsh as the crazy 5SOS fans bullying Breslin on Twitter. During an interview with Australia’s NOVA FM, all he would say is that he hasn’t spoken to his ex in a year. You can check out Clifford and his band mates talking about “You Suck” below.
Taking Taylor Swift’s Twitter bait might be tempting, but hopefully Michael doesn’t have his heart set on having another song written about him. As the Inquisitr previously reported, Taylor recently exchanged digits with 1975 rocker Matt Healy. She’s also been linked to The Fault In Our Stars heartthrob Ansel Elgort.
Taylor knows what it’s like to be on the receiving end of ugly Twitter messages, so instead of flirting with Abigail Breslin’s ex, maybe she should show her support for the sisterhood by offering Abby some advice on how to deal with the haters.
