Sandra Bullock Turns 50! Here’s The Plastic Surgery That Keeps Her Looking Young

Sandra Bullock was once known as “America’s Sweetheart,” for her good-girl looks and roles that she has played, since her breakout performance in the action-thriller Speed in 1994. Now, two decades later, Sandra remains one of America’s most popular and successful movie stars. Hard as it is to believe, on Saturday, July 26, Sandra Bullock turned 50 years old.

Her career has been one for the Hollywood history books, with 50 films at age 50 — and a personal fortune from her success estimated at $200 million. Reportedly, with her take from the film’s gross revenues, her performance in 2013’s space thriller Gravity netted her $70 million, one of the largest paydays from a single movie for any star, ever.

And with that kind of resources at her disposal, it is perhaps no surprise that even at 50, Sandra Bullock has remained looking almost as youthful as when she began her career. How does she pull off that miracle? The same way most Hollywood stars do it. According to various reports throughout her career, Sandra Bullock has undergone a series of plastic surgery procedures.

The Sandra Bullock nose job is considered one of the best in Hollywood for its subtlety and the way it conformed to the original contours of her nose, slimming it just enough to attain the sleek look that movie audiences love — whether they realize it or not.

While representatives for the Blind Side Oscar winner have steadfastly denied that Bullock has undergone plastic surgery, sources claiming to be close to Bullock have tattled frequently to tabloids about the various other treatments they say the superstar has undergone.

According a 2011 report in OK Magazine, her breakup with Ryan Reynolds, who then took up with the much younger Blake Lively, made Bullock more age-conscious than she had ever been.

“She appears to have had a forehead lift a few years ago and now undergoes a regular regimen of injectables,” the “friend” told the tabloid. “It looks like she’s had Boxtox injections on the upper and lower corner of her eyes, which soften crow’s feet and pulls up the outer edges of the brow and lifts the lid. It also seems like she’s a regular fan of Radiesse, a filler injected into the folds around her mouth.”

The site Surgery Pic, which tracks celebrity plastic surgeries, even criticized Bullock’s Botox injections for giving her face an overly “frozen” appearance.

According to Hollywood plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn — who has not worked on Sandra Bullock, the star has undergone “regular facials and mild chemical peels” to maintain her youthful-beyond-her-years appearance.
