Dear Kitten Video Has Older Cat Showing The Next Generation His Tricks

The Dear Kitten video has just started to go viral because of its humorous portrayal of an older cat welcoming the next generation into his home.

In a related report by The Inquisitr, Tara the cat attacked a much larger dog to save the family’s son from being mauled to death and was celebrated by throwing the first pitch at a baseball (a first for any cat). Of course, cats are known for their big cute eyes and also for falling asleep literally anywhere.

While I’d suggest checking out the Dear Kitten video yourself, here is what the older cat has to say:

“Since I have hissed at you the customary 437 times it is now my duty as the head of the household to, begrudgingly, welcome you. Perhaps you are here to replace me but I must do my duty in educating you on your new surroundings as Maximilian once did for me. Rest in peace. Dear kitten, this room here is basically a crap shoot. Either you get the petting of your life, and I mean two hands like you don’t even know what’s going on, or they just lie there and don’t do anything for hours, it’s weird. Oh, and I should point out, on special they will leave the underwear drawer to signal their appreciation of me. Just to be clear, it’s my spot. It’s perfect in there. It’s like sleeping surrounded by underwear. Well, that’s exactly what it is.”

You get the idea. The Dear Kitten video then extols on the virtues of various feline behavior that cat owners have come to know and love over the years. Dog owners may roll their eyes a bit, but if you have not heard already researchers have found that cat owners are smarter than dog owners. (Personally, I doubt that one.)

Friskies, and the other cheap foods are like feeding your cat Twinkies and big macs. Its crap food. read the first 3 Ingredients, Its not meat, its corn. Does a wild cat go looking for a corn field?? Or do they look for mice, birds or other meat and varmint? Buy grain free higher quality cat food, kibble and wet. Not this junk 9 lives/ friskies/fancy feast, etc junk.
