Rapper Lil Boosie, the American Rapper who is currently serving a prison sentence for his involvement in the murder of a 35-year-old man was caught attempting to smuggle drugs into prison this week, it’s the second time the rapper has been caught for the same crime.
Boosie tried to bring codeine syrup into the Angola State Prison in Louisiana by mixing one ounce of the drug with a soda, his newest attempt comes just two months after he was caught on the same charge.
Currently under trial Boosie could face the death penalty for his involvement in the murder of Terry Boyd after he allegedly paid a 16-year-old boy to kill the victim who was shot through his homes window.
On a separate case Boosie is accused of paying the same boy to kill Christopher ‘Nussie’ Jackson, a man with who he was feuding at the time.
Even while behind bars Lil Boosie has been busy, releasing his album “Incarcerated” while behind bars in 2010, the album sold 29,000 copies in the first week of release and took the No. 2 spot on the Rap chart and No. 13 on the Billboard 200 chart.
