Laura Prepon Talks Mila Kunis, Confirms ‘Orange Is The New Black’ Season 3

Laura Prepon talked about Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher at the 25th Annual GLAAD Media Awards in New York City this past weekend. According to Us Weekly, the Orange is the New Black actress was asked about her That 70’s Show co-stars and how she feels about their new romance (engagement and pregnancy). Not surprisingly, Prepon seems to really support her old pals. Obviously she has known them both for a long time — so her insight is probably spot on. It is nice to hear that Mila and Ashton’s former co-stars support their relationship 100 percent.

Prepon told Us Weekly:

“We grew up together, you know. It makes sense.”

That 70’s Show co-star Wilmer Valderrama added:

“That’s the thing about the cast of the show. We’re best friends, everyone.”

Laura Prepon has been in the news a lot lately — and not just for her thoughts about other celebrities. The actress was recently rumored to be dating actor Tom Cruise but, as previously reported by Inquisitr.com, she hasn’t even met him… ever. Evidently the two seemed like a good fit because of their shared beliefs: Both actors are members of the Church of Scientology. That made a perfect base for the rumor mill and so it went.

In better, more legitimate news, Prepon has confirmed that the hit Netflix original series Orange is the New Black has been officially picked up for a third season. According to Time Magazine, season three is in the works and will likely be released in 2015. Season two will be released on June 6 when all 13 episodes will be available for viewing. If you blast through them all in one weekend (anyone plan on binge watching?), you won’t be left wondering whether the show is going to continue or just end.

Laura Prepon plays inmate Alex Vause who had (and sometimes still has) a relationship with the show’s protagonist, Piper Chapman (played brilliantly by actress Taylor Schilling). Her character is very well liked and always seems to pop in at just the right time. Since the show has received a season three green light, you can probably imagine how great season two is going to be!
