Tanedra Howard wins Scream Queens

Tanedra Howard has won VH1’s Scream Queens and a spot in Saw VI.

The competition pitted 10 unknown actresses against each other for a role in the film Saw VI. James Gunn directs contestants during acting challenges, Shawnee Smith acts as a mentor, and John Homa also provides instruction — and all three also act as judges.

Tanedra went into the final Scream Queens competition with two other finalists: Michelle and Lindsay. Tanedra was regarded from the start as the underdog as the only actress on Scream Queens without any formal training.

Before the show, 28 year old Tenedra was a waitress in Inglewood, California.
