Alyssa Milano files restraining order against former Tiffany stalker

Alyssa Milano has filed a restraining order against Jeff Turner, best known for his role in a documentary covering his near-psychotic obsession with ’80s pop star Tiffany.

Court documents filed by Milano refer to Turner as “an obsessed and mentally unstable celebrity stalker fan” whose conduct is “increasingly harassing, stalking and threatening.”

Alyssa says Turner bypassed security guards and scaled gates to try to get into her home, saying “I fear for my personal safety, and that of my family and friends.”

Turner suffers Asperger’s Syndrome and still believes he and Tiffany are soulmates. Among other things, he also believes he communicates with Aliens.
