Brooke Hogan Engagement To NFL Dallas Cowboys Player Phil Costa Called Off

Brooke Hogan’s engagement to NFL linebacker Phil Costa has been called off.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Brooke Hogan’s engagement originally sent Hulk Hogan into a radio rage.

The short term romance was celebrated at the end of June with Tweets, Instagrams and congrats galore. Brooke posted on her Twitter feed:

“Happiest moment of my LIFE, I am marrying my best friend. I wouldn’t choose anyone else. I am so lucky and so grateful.”

With the caption, she shared a pic of Phil Costa taking the knee. Many at the time speculated about having Hulk Hogan for a father-in -aw being the best or worst in-law of all time. Brother Nick got in on the fun, posting:

“MY SISTER IS GETTING MARRIED!!!! CONGRATULATIONS BROOKEY!!!!!”

Well, that post has since been deleted and the famous for being famous/actress/singer Brooke Hogan announced she’s moving back to LA to work on her next album and to be closer to mother Linda, who divorced Hulk in 2009. Sources say the relationship was actually ended a few weeks ago. The 25 year old apparently stated she felt “things were moving too fast” and instead wanted to focus on her career.

Though representatives for Hogan have not officially confirmed the split, Brooke Hogan posted pictures of herself sans engagement ring on Instagram.
