The Edge from U2 fell off the stage during a concert in Vancouver. Promoting their latest album, Innocence Plus Experience , the band has seen its share of falls.

Following the band’s impromptu performance in a New York City subway, it looks like they’re not letting anything stop them from entertaining their fans. This year, they’re likely making up for the disappointment of canceling a lot of their 2014 tour stops due to a band injury.

They even poked fun at Bono’s accident in a skit for The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon , where he was filmed getting hit by three different cars while riding a bike. The drivers of those vehicles were none other than his bandmates, according to E! Online .

Even the release of their latest album on iTunes wasn’t enough for the Irish rock band whose discography ranges from classic to unusual songs. Two of the strangest entries to their collection were “Discotheque” and the Batman Forever soundtrack entry “Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me, Kill Me.”

Ironically, after Bono recovered from his severe bicycle injury, The Edge from U2 falling off the stage makes it look like the band just can’t stop risking injury to themselves.

Fans need not worry though, as The Edge took to Instagram after the show, holding up a scraped and bruised arm and telling them he’s okay.

The accident happened when the guitarist was making his way down the lit stage , instrument in hand, performing “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For.” Suddenly, the 53-year-old musician took a surprising step into the air beyond and fell into the first row of seats.

It’s unknown if the band continued performing after their guitarist took the unexpected dive off the stage, but as captured in the video above, it seems the vocalist took a few seconds to realize what happened.

After U2’s The Edge fell off the stage, what do you think the band will do? Will this affect the rest of their tour?
