Taylor Swift, the world-famous pop star, has once again made headlines with her recent concert in Arlington, Texas. While performing her hit song "22," Swift made a heartwarming gesture by gifting her hat to Selena Gomez's little sister, Gracie Elliott Teefey. The sweet moment was captured by fans at the show, and the video shows Gracie wearing a purple dress reminiscent of Swift's Speak Now era. As Swift walked down the catwalk with a fedora in hand, she greeted Gracie and handed her the hat off her head, as per Page Six. In return, Gracie handed Swift a friendship bracelet, putting a smile on the singer's face.

The concert moment has touched the hearts of Swifties and Selena Gomez's fans alike, as it highlights the bond between the two superstar singers and their families. Gomez has been a longtime friend of Swift, and the two have shared many public moments of support and love throughout the years. Gomez, who was also present at the concert, was seen applauding Swift during the night while wearing a cardigan from Swift's merch and standing alongside her half-sister. This gesture showcases the mutual love and admiration the two stars have for each other.

Swift and Gomez's friendship goes back more than a decade when they were both dating a Jonas brother back in 2008. Since then, the two have shared music video appearances, sweet birthday celebrations, and posts supporting each other's albums. They have also cheered each other on in the audience of award shows and have been each other's confidants during tough times. In a 2019 interview with 103.5 KTU's Carolina with Greg T. in the Morning, Gomez revealed how their friendship began. "She played me Fearless before it came out," Gomez said. "And I remember that feeling because ever since then, we have been best friends. And to see where I am and for her to see where I am is such a beautiful…it's just so great."

Swift echoed Gomez's sentiments in Gomez's cover story with WSJ. Magazine in 2020, saying, "There has always been this quality of sisterhood, and I don't say that in a basic way. I knew from when I met her, I would always have her back. In my life, I have the ability to forgive people who have hurt me. But I don't know if I can forgive someone who hurts her." Aside from her friendship with Gomez, Swift has also been showing love to her other friends in the music industry during her Eras Tour. In a recent concert in Vegas, she extended her love to Lana Del Rey and her latest album, Did You Know That There's a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd. "I do want to talk about something because Lana Del Rey put out a new album, and it's called Did You Know There's a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd. And, guys, it's so good. You probably already know that. But it's just extraordinary. I just think she's the best that we have. And so I think we need to make it a priority as a group to stream, buy, support this album and this artist," Swift said during the concert, as per People.
