Police are on the hunt for the burning death killer who took the life of Jessica Chambers in Mississippi earlier this month. According to the Clarion-Ledger , Ben Chambers, Jessica’s dad, had a very clear message for the person who murdered her by burning her alive: “They’re coming for you.”
“To the person that done this: They’re coming for you. They’re working day and night, day and night, away from their own families,” Ben Chambers said.
He also requested that the suspect be placed in solitary confinement after the arrest — and that he will do his best to ensure that the person who killed his little girl isn’t comfortable… at all.
As police hunt for the killer responsible for the burning death of 19-year-old Jessica Chambers, her dad is doing everything he can to find justice for his daughter. As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Chambers was attacked on a Saturday night. Police say that someone got into her car, poured lighter fluid down her throat, and set her on fire. When emergency personnel arrived, Chambers was able to tell them some information about the person who did this to her before she took her last breath, but so far, police have not been able to make an arrest in the case.
At this point, everyone wants justice for Jessica. In fact, Mr. Chambers said that people who aren’t affiliated with the police are on the hunt for the suspect as well.
“And there are people calling us from other towns saying even their lowest dope dealer and troublemaker is trying to find out who did it. Everybody’s angry about this. I heard that if they find out who it is, that they definitely will do something about it,” he said, referring to an unspecified “motorcycle group.”
The police hunt for the burning death killer has only intensified over the past 10 days. According to WREG Memphis , one possible suspect in the case was cleared this week . Police reportedly interviewed a convenience store employee named Ali Alsanai, who was one of the last people to see Jessica Chambers before her death. District Attorney John Champion said that Alsanai had “nothing to do” with Chambers’ death. Alsanai had been getting death threats, and he says that the case has hurt his business. He is glad that the truth has come out.
The reward for information in the case is now at $16,000.
