Donald Trump’s new fragrance is out, and the reviews are pouring in. A new perfume named “Victory 45-47” is now being sold in a statuette of the President. The bottle that is being sold for a whooping $249 is evoking mixed emotions from people, with many raising ethical concerns. Here’s what people think about Trump’s new perfume.
Trump took to Truth Social to make the announcement while revealing the new men’s and women’s fragrance. “Trump Fragrances are here. They’re called “Victory 45-47” because they’re all about Winning, Strength, and Success — For men and women,” his post read.

He encouraged his supporters to buy a bottle and urged them to buy it for their loved ones as well. He concluded by writing, “Keep winning!” The 100ml bottle of the perfume is being sold for $249. A $50 discount applies to every bottle if you buy two or more.
The women’s fragrance is being marketed as a “sophisticated” and “subtly feminine. It is also described as a “go-to signature for any occasion.” The men’s fragrance is described as “rich” with masculine notes that make it “refined, and has a “lasting finish.”
People are noting how the fragrance “isn’t bad” but “nothing impressive.” A few others are labelling it as “boring.” One user added, “It’s real. Another grift. And yes, another distraction.”

“With so many products being sold out of the white house these days, I expect to see a sign that reads “THE DON MART” above the WH any day now,” another added. Several others claimed that the fragrance launch was a tactic to distract people from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act.
“This can’t be real! Is it? He must just be trying to distract us from the awful bill which unnecessarily gives a tax break to the wealthiest Americans while cutting healthcare and food for some of the most needy, all while exploding the largest deficit in the history of America,” Democrat representative, Tom Suozzi wrote on X.
Others wondered how the President’s fragrance is “legal,” while many others called it a “grift.” Notably, the President has tried to break into the fragrance industry previously.

Trump previously released a fragrance named “Fight, Fight, Fight,” after he survived the assassination attempt in Pennsylvania. The perfume was priced at $199 per bottle.
The website for the perfume notes how the fragrances are not “designed, manufactured, distributed, or sold” by Donald Trump himself or even the Trump organization. It is highly likely that the President profits off it purely from licensing rights.
