North Korea and Hitler made a not-so-strange pair, but Kim Jong-un is reportedly upset about the story.
As previously reported by The Inquisitr , North Korea and Hitler collided when reports suggested that the country’s de facto dictator Kim Jong-Un gave his top officials each a copy of Adolf Hitler’s classic Mein Kampf .
An unnamed North Korean official in China leaked the idea of North Korea using Hitler’s Mein Kampf as a learning lesson:
“Mentioning that Hitler managed to rebuild Germany in a short time following its defeat in World War One, Kim Jong Un issued an order for the Third Reich to be studied in depth and asked that practical applications be drawn from it.”
North Korea’s Ministry of People’s Security dismissed the North Korea Hitler report as a “smear campaign” written by “a handful of human scum… moving desperately to deter [North Korea’s] progress”.
North Korea claims the people who created the North Korea Hitler report fabricated it under the direction of South Korea. North Korea says it is “determined to take substantial measures to physically remove despicable human scum who are committing treasons [sic] at the instigation of the south Korean puppet authorities and the gangster-like U.S.”
Despite the rhetoric, North Korea still says it is seeking high level talks with the United States . North Korea recently turned back on the communications lines to South Korea , although North Korea is also restarting its nuclear reactor at the same time.
