Ku Klux Klan Gets Trolled By Anonymous: ‘You Should Have Expected Us’

The Ku Klux Klan has just learned a very tough lesson when it comes to hacktivist group Anonymous: You never EVER provoke them.

The KKK at the very least should have known this ahead of making the unwise decision to mock the group.

The online activist organization will come after you and wreak as much havoc on your existence as possible.

The two groups clashed following reports that members of the Ku Klux Klan were in Ferguson, Mo. handing out fliers.

According to protesters, members of the Ku Klux Klan were encouraging white citizens to take “lethal action” against protesters. This would include members of Anonynmous, and the group was not amused at possible threats of violence.

Anonymous moved to make its feelings known about the KKK threatening the rights of citizens to protest.

The hactivist group sent a message to the Ku Klux Klan, accusing the organization of being domestic terrorists.

Despite threats to come after them, the Klan did not take Anonymous seriously.

Via one of the official twitters associated with the KKK, the following message was sent out.

We are continuing to read Anonymous threats with much amusement. Still no action taken. #Cowards #HoodsON

It was apparently the last tweet sent out with the full permission and control of the persons who owned the Ku Klux Klan Twitter account.

The very NEXT tweet sent out featured a haunting declaration.

The hackers announced that #OpKKK “continues to be a success”. The group claims to have not only hacked Twitter accounts associated with the Klan, but to have launched DoS attacks as well.

After taking over two official Twitter accounts associated with the Ku Klux Klan, members of Anonymous have threatened to “unmask” members.

The group said it would be able to do so thanks to direct messages it now had access to after breaking into the accounts. Anonymous also assured the Klan and onlookers that these series of attacks were “only the beginning”.

That is a very serious threat.

The Church of Scientology is STILL struggling with its global image, thanks in large part to the negative attention heaped on the church members of Anonymous.

While the Ku Klux Klan isn’t a widely admired organization, members of the white supremacist group may have picked a with the wrong people.

The Ku Klux Klan is a nation-wide organization, and there are many people who are members only in secret.

Based on the direct messages sent from and to this account, we can confirm that this account was run by an official Klan member.

If Anonymous were to reveal the identity of persons belonging to the KKK, there is a chance there would be offline consequences.

Jobs could be lost, and friendships could be ended. Such individuals may find themselves strongly ostracized.

However, there doesn’t seem to be much sympathy available for the Ku Klux Klan after they found themselves on the wrong side of a notoriously unforgiving group of individuals.
