Kristen Taekman has ran into a number of issues since filming wrapped on The Real Housewives of New York City season 7. In addition to her friend and co-star, Heather Thomson, moving on from the series, Kristen Taekman’s husband, Josh, was named in the Ashley Madison website leak.

During an interview with OK! Magazine on September 17, Kristen Taekman addressed Thomson’s exit from The Real Housewives of New York City ahead of season 8, as well as the ongoing speculation into her personal life.

“It makes me sad, but I 100% get it. She’s got a huge company she needs to concentrate on,” Kristen Taekman told the magazine when asked about Thomson moving on.

As for her personal life with husband Josh and their two children, Kristen Taekman added, “Everything is as good as it can be.”

As the Inquisitr previously reported, Josh admitted to using Ashley Madison, a dating website for married people who want to have an affair, just hours after Daily Mail named him on the leaked list of user names. In a statement to People Magazine on August 24, Kristen Taekman’s husband said the following.

“I signed up for the site foolishly and ignorantly with a group of friends and I deeply apologize for any embarrassment or pain I have brought to my wife [Kristen Taekman] and family. We both look forward to moving past this and getting on with our lives.”

Although Kristen Taekman’s husband ultimately came clean about his wrongdoing, he initially denied having anything to do with the site when contacted by Daily Mail.

“I don’t understand. There’s not a shot in hell that I’m a subscriber. I have no knowledge of that this is the first I’ve ever heard of it. This is crazy. I saw it on the TV the other day about the security breach and we were laughing about it. It is what it is but somebody is definitely fraudulently using my name and number.”

In addition to Kristen Taekman’s husband, Josh, being named in the scandal, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s husband, Jionni LaValle, was also named. However, LaValle did not admit to anything. Instead, his wife, Polizzi, of Jersey Shore fame, denied having anything to do with Ashley Madison on social media, claiming the latest rumor was false, just as other reports regarding LaValle’s possible infidelities had been.
