Keyshia Cole could have plenty of material for her upcoming reality show.
The singer, who was just arrested last week for allegedly assaulting a woman she found at the home of her boyfriend, has spent the week since the arrest filming her new reality show.
The show, which has been picked up by BET , will show Keyshia Cole as she transitions from being a single mother after splitting with NBA player Daniel “Boobie” Gibson. Keyshia has already been the subject of two other reality shows, and this is seen as a continuation in the series.
Keyshia Cole is already providing plenty of real life drama. Last week, Keyshia was arrested for allegedly assaulting a Cash Money employee she found at the home of her boyfriend, the company’s CEO Birdman. Report say that Keyshia stormed into Birdman’s penthouse in the early morning hours last Friday, attacking Sabrina Mercadel when she found her exiting a bathroom.
TMZ which noted that Cole’s arrest wasn’t actually related to the fight with the alleged romantic rival.
Our sources say… for some reason security let her go up to Birdman’s penthouse and when she got in she saw another woman and went nuts.
We’re told Keyshia attacked her… leaving scratches all over her face.
Cops were called… and Keyshia was arrested for battery and an outstanding reckless driving warrant.
She was just released on $46,000 bail.
We called Keyshia’s rep… so far no comment.
This week, just days after her arrest, Keyshia was back to work filming scenes for her show. She posted to Instagram a picture of herself with son Daniel Jr., engaging in some horseplay for the cameras.
There is no word yet on what charges Keyshia Cole could face for the alleged assault, or whether the incident will find its way into her new reality show.
