Joyce Ingalls is dead at 65 after a career ranging from Vogue supermodel to starring with Sylvester Stallone in Paradise Alley . Wife of Darrell Fetty, famed in his own right as a successful producer, Joyce passed away on August 5 at Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center in California, according to the Hollywood Reporter .
In addition to Ingalls’ role in Paradise Alley , Joyce displayed her acting talents in films from Lethal Weapon 4 to The Man Who Would Not Die . Ingalls also charmed on TV with an appearance on Starsky and Hutch .
In 1966, Joyce began her career by winning a Cover Girl contest. Working as one of the Eileen Ford Agency’s famous models, Ingalls posed for publications such as Life, Cosmo , and Vogue .
But it didn’t take long for Joyce’s beauty to appeal to marketers, and her product campaigns included Black Velvet whiskey, Clairol, and Breck hair products.
Ingalls’ husband, Fetty, was known for contributing to Kevin Costner’s Hatfields & McCoys miniseries. The two tied the knot in 1984 at the Little Brown Church in Studio City.
And the couple used their wealth to help others by supervising a homeless ministry. With a name that recognized their efforts, the Darrell and Joyce Fetty Food Pantry has devoted almost a quarter of a century to helping those in need.
Ingalls had two sons, Derek and Tyler. Among those mourning her passing are her eight sisters and brothers, and mom JoAnn, and they are organizing a memorial to be held in autumn.
Joyce’s most famous role ranks as her Paradise Alley portrayal of a prostitute with a kind heart with Sylvester Stallone , reported the Daily Mail .

Ingalls’ film career spanned three decades, and she reportedly was involved with both Stallone and Anthony Hopkins. But Joyce also spent more than 20 years with her husband at the Little Brown Church, feeding meals to thousands of people.
In recognition of her work at the Little Brown Church and her ministry, Ingalls’ relatives are requesting that donations are sent either there or to Sherman Oaks’ Cancer Support Center.
Joyce’s role in Paradise Alley also marked the first time that Stallone directed, according to IMDb. He also was the main star, wrote the script, and even sang the title song.
As the Inquisitr reported, Sylvester’s daughter, Sistine Stallone , currently aspires to follow not in her father’s footsteps, but in her supermodel mom Jennifer Flavin’s career path. Sylvester has been supporting his daughter to help her achieve that goal.
