Christina Ricci, known for her role in the Addams Family , has given birth to her first child, and she is happy to announce that it’s a beautiful bouncing baby boy!
Christina Ricci and husband James Heerdegen did a heck of a good job hiding the pregnancy up until Ricci was seen sporting a baby bump while walking through the Los Angeles International Airport back in May.
According to an earlier report by The Inquisitr , Ricci and Heerdegen met on the set of Pan Am in 2011 where Heerdegen worked as a camera dolly grip. The two soon struck up a relationship and in 2013 they announced their engagement. US Weekly added that the couple later tied the knot in New York City in October 2013. Shortly before the wedding, Ricci couldn’t help but gush to the tabloid about how in love she was with Heerdegen:
“I love so many things about him. He’s my favorite person on earth,” Ricci said, and when asked about the possibility of children in their future, she added, “Absolutely! I can’t wait to have our own little world replete with small beings!”
The newlywed couple sure didn’t waste any time on their venture for children because a few months later, the two were expecting!
The couple is reportedly overjoyed with the new addition of their baby boy to the family. According to Hollywood Life , no name has been released at this time, but that hasn’t stopped fans from gushing over the news:
