Bruce Jenner and his ex Kris Jenner may be heading for divorce court, but the Keeping Up with the Kardashians stars insist that they remain close with one another. Kris and Bruce split about a year ago, and she recently made things official with a divorce filing. However, the KUWTK matriarch says that they’re still a close family and remain on good terms.
Kris Jenner spoke with E! Online during the Fifth Annual PSLA Autumn Party Wednesday night. Jenner says that she is still “really close” with her soon-to-be ex-husband Bruce Jenner . She adds that they’ve put together a lot of great memories over the past 25 years together, and the family remains tight.
Keeping Up with the Kardashians fans know that Kris and Bruce even vacationed together with the kids at one point after their split, for a bit generating buzz that perhaps they were reconciling. That didn’t come to be, but Kris says that she has two kids with Bruce and they want to set a good example for their family. She also mentions that the holidays are coming and they have traditions they want to continue.
Kris also notes that they have “a lot of stuff going on with our family,” and anybody who follows the KUWTK family knows that is indeed true. Not only are there exciting things like babies in the mix, with Kim Kardashian’s daughter North West still little and a new baby on the way for Kourtney Kardashian, there are challenges like Khloe Kardashian’s relationships and Bruce Jenner’s personal changes. Many are wondering if Khloe and Lamar Odom are reconciling, as they’ve been spotted together and rumors are swirling.
In addition, Bruce has been raising eyebrows frequently since the split. Many wonder if he is working on a transition to begin living as a female, and he hasn’t done much to convince people otherwise. The family isn’t saying much regarding all of this buzz, but it does seem as if something fairly substantial and dramatic is going on right now with Bruce Jenner.
Despite any big personal decisions Bruce may or may not be making, Kris says she’s determined to handle the divorce gracefully and lovingly for her children. As Radar Online points out, Kris officially filed for divorce from Bruce on September 22. Bruce Jenner filed his response the next day.
What comes next for the Keeping Up with the Kardashians clan? Season 10 has just started filming, and Kris Jenner says that Bruce Jenner is indeed involved. Though some wonder if there may be a lot of drama ahead between the two, Kris insists all is well and fans can’t wait to see everybody on-screen together again.
