Bindi Irwin, one of Australia’s most loved teens, celebrated her 18th birthday with almost 6,000 people at the Australia Zoo. Bindi Irwin has grown up in the public eye ever since she made her television debut as a baby along with her father, Steve Irwin, the Australian wildlife expert and television celebrity who died when he was fatally attacked by a stingray.
The Queensland’s wildlife conservationist, who has decided to carry on her father’s legacy, decided to spend her birthday at the wildlife zoo along with her numerous fans and a selection of Australian wildlife, including dingos and crocodiles.
Her birthday celebrations were reminiscent of her victory on Dancing with the Stars , the American dance competition show. Thousands of fans swarmed to the Australia Zoo on the Sunshine Coast to wish Bindi a very happy birthday at her birthday party, which was themed “Camping with the Stars.”
Bindi’s fans queued for up to two hours to get an autograph and selfie with the Return to Nim’s Island actress, who arrived at the zoo in an open-topped Jeep. According to News Australia , the wildlife warrior stood on the front seat and waved to the fans who were eagerly waiting to catch a glimpse of their favorite Australian teen celebrity.

The crowds presented Bindi with gifts and handmade cards as she strolled on the pink carpet dressed in her trademark Wildlife Warriors T-shirt, jeans, and Converse sneakers.
At the party, Bindi Irwin gave an emotional speech to express her gratitude towards her family members for their love and support, including a special message for her mother, Terri, with whom she shares a special bond.
Meanwhile, birthday wishes and messages from friends were played over the loudspeaker as they continued to flow in. The birthday party included teepees and a campfire cake, which was cut in the presence of Bindi’s delighted fans. Apart from witnessing her birthday celebrations, Bindi’s elated fans also saw her feeding meat to giant crocodiles at the Crocoseum showcase. Bindi was accompanied by her mother and her younger brother, Robert.
And of course, Chandler Powell, the American wakeboarder and Bindi’s boyfriend , was also present on the occasion to be with his girlfriend on her special day. According to the Sydney Morning Herald , Chandler thanked Bindi for being the most amazing person in his life.
“I’m very blessed to have you as such a huge part of my life and I’m beyond thankful you’ve let me be a part of yours.”
Realizing the responsibilities of adulthood, Bindi Irwin has resolved to strive to give her best to the world without worrying too much about the future. Bindi Irwin said her mother is particularly responsible for her unforgettable journey to adulthood. The mother-daughter duo formed an unbreakable bond during the hardships they faced when Steve Irwin died 10 years ago, so when Terri celebrated her 52nd birthday on July 20, Bindi took to Instagram to thank her mother for being the “strongest and most beautiful woman” in her life. Additionally, Bindi also posted a throwback picture of herself with her mother along with the emotional message. The photo that showed baby Bindi with her devoted mother quickly earned 60,000 likes from her fans, along with many birthday messages. In Bindi’s opinion, her mother will continue to inspire her every day as she moves ahead in life.
Even though she is, and in a way always had been, a famous celebrity, Bindi Irwin will always remember her father every time she encounters wild creatures like crocodiles. According to the Daily Mail , Bindi revealed that she will always cherish the memories of her adventurous father, who she likes to think of as her guiding light in all her endeavors.
“His wildlife work is part of me. My family is part of me. That’s my heart. And when Dad passed away, it was like losing part of my heart. Where ever I go, wherever I am, he’s next to me.”
