Jennifer Hudson’s mother and brother have been confirmed dead today (Friday) from fatal gunshot wounds. A call was placed this afternoon, and police arrived at the Hudson’s mother’s Yale Avenue home to find what they have declared to be a double homicide.
Hudson’s mother, Darnell Hudson Donerson, and brother Jason were found dead inside their home in the living room and bedroom (respectively), and Julian King, Hudson’s nephew, has been reported missing. Police released a statement to the press that he might be with suspect William Balfour, who is considered armed and dangerous.
Jennifer Hudson was in Los Angeles today and was not injured.
