Dina Lohan isn’t too happy about her ex-husband Michael’s attempt to stage an intervention for Lindsay Lohan.
According to TMZ , Dina believes that Michael’s emergency intervention last night had nothing to do with their daughter’s well being. Instead, Dina believes that Michael is just trying to make himself relevant to the actress once again.
Dina said:
“This sole act by my ex was not an intervention nor was this extreme antic sanctioned by any member of Lindsay’s family or her professional team of handlers. It’s all about her father obsessed with making a name for himself in the news once again. It’s sad and I hope he stops masquerading as her father in public and starts acting like one in private.”
The Inquisitr reported earlier that Michael attempted to stage an emergency intervention for Lindsay Lohan last night at her home in Beverly Hills last night. But the actress didn’t allow Michael inside. Instead, she called the police and complained that someone was trespassing on her property. Police eventually arrived on the scene and put an end to the intervention.
Lohan, who is currently working on a new movie called The Canyons, is reportedly upset with her father for recording a private conversation she had with her mother earlier month.
Lohan claims that she does not have a substance abuse problem. And if she did, Michael Lohan probably isn’t the one she’s going to turn to for help.
