Is Denise Richards too skinny? Several people have expressed concern over the actress’s health recently, but, last night at the Radio Disney Music Awards, Richards assured her fans that she leads a “healthy lifestyle.”
Richards, who attended the Disney show with her 7-year-old daughter Lola, told Extra TV that she eats well and exercises often.
Richards said: “I don’t know why lately I’ve been getting so much flack for it… I have a very healthy lifestyle and I’m busy. I have a daughter who’s almost 2 that I carry all the time. She’s just under 30 pounds.”
The actress has three daughters ( she has also been taking care of Brooke Mueller’s kids ) and says that she tries to be a good role model. Richards said that she has ice cream with her kids all of the time and advocates a healthy lifestyle.
Richards said: “What bothers me is I have three daughters, and I’m such an advocate for health and fitness… in moderation. We eat ice cream all the time. I had grilled cheese before we got here.”

A rep for the actress told E! News : “Everything is fine with Denise. Nothing is wrong. Denise is taking care of her daughters, her dogs and filming her new show. Look at her arms. She is ripped. She carries baby Eloise everywhere. She has always lived a healthy lifestyle, she eats healthy and has done Pilates for years.”
Richards, who recently appeared with her ex-husband Charlie Sheen on Anger Management , is currently filming a new show called Twisted .
