The Real Housewives of New Jersey drama just never seems to end. The cat fight breaking news alerts have been pouring in all week. The juicy tidbits the reality show vixens are posting about one another online and uttering in interviews are just the hype Bravo needs to push RHONJ reunion show ratings over the top.
Most of the ladies on the hit Bravo reality show began the series as friends, but the relationships have devolved into a middle-aged version of Mean Girls . Teresa Giudice recently stated during an interview with In Touch Weekly that she wanted to take a break from the drama, according to excerpts reposted on Reality Tea . The drama which has unfolded between Giudice and her co-stars this week seems to be curtailing the dreams of enjoying a sweetness and light existence.
Threats of lawsuits and accusations about phone calls, emails, and texts have definitely amped up the crazy lately. Teresa Giudice recently posted on her personal website that she is not going to file a lawsuit against sister-in-law Melissa Gorga. Although she still denies the claims that she woman-handled Gorga during a birthday party, she does not plan on dealing with the matter in court.
The apparently ongoing fuss between Giudice and Jacqueline Laurita prompted the posting of a text exchange between the Real Housewives of New Jersey stars. The civil and somewhat friendly banter between the women did not last long. Images of the text messages posted below demonstrates how quickly a seemingly innocent conversation can turn into a middle school cafeteria style brawl between “frenemies.”
Nearly all of the Real Housewives cast members have been referred to a famewhores a time or two, so maybe all of the barbs flying around the past two weeks are just publicity ploys to gin up interest for the three-part RHONJ reunion show. For the sake of the sanity of the New Jersey television stars, let’s hope their real daily lives are not constantly overflowing with such angst. Stress does, after all, give you wrinkles and the television lens can be so unkind when watching in HD.
