A Nevada desert mansion complete with a backyard waterpark can be yours for only $3 million. The Nevada mansion is located in the Boulder City area nestled between the mountains and the desert. The mansion waterpark includes a lazy river which winds around the backyard of the Nevada desert luxury home and past a cobblestone-lined water slide and a 20-foot diving pool. The foreclosed upon mansion also includes a secluded grotto behind a waterfall and an Old West style saloon.

The Nevada mansion in the desert is as ornate inside as it is on the outside. The desert mansion has an elevator and multiple verandas boasting incredible views of the distant mountains. The Nevada foreclosure appears to be in pristine condition and was placed on the real estate market for far less the the initial building cost, the Daily Mail reports.

Prospective Nevada mansion buyers not interested in sipping Cristal in the grotto or playing poker inside the Old West style saloon can still enjoy a plethora of recreational fun on the property. AOL Real Estate notes the desert mansion also includes two golf putting greens and a full-sized tennis court.

The oasis in the Nevada desert comprises 9,245 square feet and boasts seven bathrooms, six bedrooms, and multiple large family rooms and open living areas. The waterpark mansion is brokered by Synergy Sotherby’s International. The foreclosed mansion property was built in 2004 and features a stucco exterior and several fireplaces. Potential buyers must make an appointment for a private showing with the real estate broker to tour the Boulder City mansion with “Disneyesque” characteristics. The Nevada mansion sits upon 1.59 acres.
