In what is reported to be an LALATE Exclusive, Labor Day was the big day for the Southern Charm news that fans have been waiting for. So far, no confirmation from Bravo , but here is what LALATE is reporting so far.
The report says that Southern Charm Season 3 has started filming. Both Patricia Altschul and Kathryn Calhoun Dennis posted cryptic tweets about big news concerning the show/new season. LALATE is reported that Dennis is once again pregnant, but no further details in terms of whether or not that is the “big news.”
Altschul is said to be selling her gorgeous Isaac Jenkins Mikell house.
“According to local records obtained by LALATE, the building returned to private ownership in the 1960s. The Preservation Society reports that the ‘building was purchased in 1935 by the Charleston Free Library and served in that public capacity until the early 1960s when it was sold and restored as a private residence.’ They add ‘This imposing Greek Revival residence, reminiscent of a grand Italian villa, was constructed in 1853-1854 by Edisto Island cotton planter Isaac Jenkins Mikell for his third wife, Mary Martha Pope.’”
No word as to any other details about the news or the upcoming season.

According to the Inquisitr , Season 3 of the Bravo show has been in turmoil because of conflicts between a select few members of the cast. At the end of last season, Kathryn Dennis had broken up with Thomas Ravenel, after his landslide loss at re-entering politics.
After Ravenel declared the show “over” because he would not be participating, Shep Rose went public to say that Ravenel doesn’t know what he is talking about, and that he “ frequently posts on social media after a few drinks .” Ouch.

Celebrity Dirty Laundry had already made last call for the Bravo series, saying that the end of the Ravenel/Dennis relationship was the end of the show, but if fan sentiment is any measure, we haven’t seen the last of the beautiful redhead and her darling daughter Kenzie.
