Rumors about Louis Tomlinson, or indeed any member of One Direction, are rarely hard to come by. The tabloid press and the gossip columns are happy to print anything about Tomlinson and his pals Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Niall Horan often based on the most flimsy or often non-existent evidence. In the past few weeks, Tomlinson has been grist to the rumor mill even more than normal.
It recently emerged that Louis is to become a father for the first time, a story that Tomlinson has since confirmed. It was then widely reported that Louis’s natural father was blackmailing him by threatening to release information calculated to “blow apart” Tomlinson’s family. Earlier this week Louis flew back to the UK for a few days and hosted a grand ball in aid of a children’s charity. The charity Believe In Magic raises funds to provide once in a lifetime treats for children with terminal illnesses. It was widely reported that Louis made a personal donation of £2 million to the charity as well as funding treats and presents for everyone who attended the glittering event.
After his short visit to the UK, the Daily Mail reports that Louis is already back in L.A. where he will presumably be visiting with Briana Jungwirth who is pregnant with Louis’s child. The baby is reportedly due early next year. Louis has been spending as much time as possible with Briana since the news of her pregnancy was revealed. It is believed that Louis and Briana are trying to work out if they have a future together as a couple.
As Louis and Briana work together to plan for their future a series of third hand rumors are starting to emerge suggesting that Briana is pressuring Louis to marry her. Hollywood Lif e claims that a source has told Life & Style magazine that Briana is demanding that Louis marry her .
“Briana told Louis that she wants a ring on her finger because the birth of their child. She’s piling on the pressure for him to make a commitment. She knows it’s unromantic and perhaps too rushed, but Briana feels like she needs to give Louis an ultimatum because he’s so laid-back.”
As is usual in these stories the “source” is not named. Design & Trend quote another unnamed “source” who says that Louis has no intention of marrying Briana and is happy “playing the field.”
They claim that with the baby on the way, Louis “will do everything he can to make sure Briana is cared for, although she will just be the mother of his child, nothing else.”
