A Lamborghini driver says he had his Texas license plate revoked by the DMV because dared to tell the world how much of an “370h55V” he really is in this upside down world. But can you even see the secret hidden message?
In a related report by the Inquisitr , the United States Supreme Court will decide whether or not Texas violated freedom of speech over a license plate with a Confederate flag .
Out of the 120,000 custom license plates in Texas, Safeer Hasaan just had to pick one that said “370h55V.” No, it does not mean 370 horsepower, 55 volts because this is a Lamborghini owner we are talking about here. Although Hassaan sped around Texas in his Lamborghini for three years with this secret message blaring out, it was not until recently that Texas’ DMV had something to say in return.
“It has been determined that the personalization is offensive,” the DMV told him in a letter.
They also informed Hassan that his custom license plate would be canceled within the month since it broke this rule: “Would it invoke a response from other drivers that would be driving past that vehicle.”
But the Lamborghini driver believes his hidden message is hidden so cleverly that the average driver will never notice. In short, Hassan claims that Texas should just mind their business on this one.
“People have no idea what that plate means. My closest friends don’t even know,” he said , according to FOX 13 . “I definitely think the state is overreaching their boundaries.”
Hassan believes he might even go out of his way to prove that he has the right to designate himself as an “370h55V”.
Even knowing there is a secret message, many people on Twitter did not understand what “370h55V” meant at first.
